The IS clean water pump is a single-stage, single-suction, horizontal centrifugal pump designed according to the international standard ISO2858. It is an energy-saving and updated product. It is suitable for conveying clean water and similar liquids below 80°C, covering industrial, agricultural, and urban water supply and drainage applications.

Product Introduction

The IR hot water centrifugal pump is an energy-saving product derived from the IS series single-stage pump. This series features a rational design and easy installation and maintenance. It is suitable for conveying clean water below 150°C and media with similar physical and chemical properties. With a suction pressure of no more than 0.8 MPa, the pump can be used in conjunction with hot water boilers and heat exchangers, serving as a circulating water pump, a water feed pump, and other water transfer pumps, such as municipal water supply and mine drainage.

Rear door split design
The pump body and pump cover are separated from the back of the impeller. During maintenance, there is no need to remove the pipeline and motor, only the rotor components need to be removed.

It consists of a pump body, impeller, shaft, etc. The suspension bearing components support the rotor and bear radial and axial forces.

Multiple sealing protection

Equipped with packing or mechanical seal, the shaft sleeve protects the shaft body, and the axial force is balanced through the balance hole and sealing ring.
