Product Introduction

This pump is a pressure-intake suction pump with a small suction stroke. It is recommended that the feed liquid level be higher than the center height of the pump. The inlet and outlet pipe diameters are generally the same as or slightly larger than the pump inlet and outlet diameters. Since the liquid concentration is mostly high, the pump inlet pipe should not be too long to avoid affecting the suction.

The impeller adopts an open or semi-open structure with a wide and smooth flow channel to avoid clogging by solid particles in high-concentration slurry.

Wear-resistant material configuration

The pump body and impeller are made of high chromium alloy or wear-resistant cast iron to withstand slurry erosion and extend the replacement cycle of wearing parts.

Pressure adapter structure

The thickened pump casing and high-strength shaft can withstand the feed pressure of 0.6-1.6MPa during the filtration process and prevent the casing from deformation.

Suitable for filter press working conditions

The flow rate can be automatically adjusted according to the feed pressure of the filter press to meet the needs of "low-pressure, high-flow feeding, high-pressure, pressure-maintaining filtration".

Strong anti-wear and anti-clogging properties

The combination of special flow channels and wear-resistant materials can transport high-concentration slurries with a solid content of ≤70%, and the pump blocking rate is much lower than that of ordinary centrifugal pumps.

Stable and efficient operation

It is suitable for intermittent or continuous operation mode of the filter press, with small pressure fluctuation, which can improve the dehydration efficiency of the filter press and reduce energy consumption.
