Breaking the limitations of traditional pumps, which rely on piping for separate motor and pump body connections, it can operate directly in slurry media. It efficiently handles high-solids, high-wear underwater applications such as underground mine slag discharge, river dredging, sewage treatment plant sludge transportation, and metallurgical slag discharge. It provides a compact and efficient slurry conveying solution for handling slurries in harsh underwater conditions.

1. The motor and pump are deeply integrated into a single structure, achieving total waterproofing through specialized sealing technology. No additional piping is required to connect the motor and pump. The equipment can be submerged beneath the slurry surface, eliminating complex surface installation and minimizing the risk of leakage at pipe joints. It is particularly well-suited for underwater operations in confined spaces, such as mines and small dredging sites, where laying long pipelines is difficult.
Triple protection sealing system​
1. Construct a triple protection system of "mechanical seal + skeleton oil seal + oil chamber isolation": The mechanical seal is responsible for blocking most slurry intrusion, the skeleton oil seal forms a secondary sealing barrier, and the intermediate oil chamber further isolates moisture and impurities. The synergistic effect of these three protections can effectively prevent slurry from penetrating into the motor, avoid motor short-circuit damage, and ensure the sealing and safety of the equipment during long-term underwater operation.
Highly wear-resistant customized flow components
Core components that come into direct contact with the slurry, such as the impeller and pump casing, are cast from high-chromium alloy (such as Cr27) or wear-resistant cast iron. The material hardness reaches HRC55 or above, and the wear resistance is 3-5 times higher than that of ordinary cast iron components. At the same time, in response to the "high concentration and high erosion" characteristics of underwater slurry, the component flow channel curves are optimized to reduce the retention and impact of slurry particles in the flow channel, significantly extending the replacement cycle of wearing parts and reducing maintenance costs.

Quick start without water diversion
Leveraging its underwater operation capabilities, the equipment can be started directly in the slurry without pre-priming or vacuuming. This completely resolves the pain points of traditional pumps, such as difficulty starting at low liquid levels and the need for repeated water diversion due to large liquid level fluctuations. Even in locations with unstable liquid levels and no fixed pumping stations, such as underground mine pits and temporary river desilting sites, operations can be started at any time, significantly improving emergency slag removal efficiency.
High concentration and efficient transportation
Because the motor and pump body are directly connected, the slurry conveying path is shortened and the loss along the pipeline is reduced. The conveying efficiency is improved by 10%-15% compared with the traditional "pump body + long pipeline" configuration. At the same time, it is suitable for high-concentration slurry transportation and can stably handle slurry with a solid particle content of ≤60%. The optimized flow channel design can reduce the risk of particle blockage, avoid operation interruptions due to pipe blockage, and ensure continuous slag discharge.
Strong adaptability to harsh environments
It has excellent corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and waterproof properties, and can operate for a long time in harsh underwater environments containing acidic and alkaline impurities and high sediment content. There is no need to build a ground machine room, and it can be put into use after simple fixing, saving site occupation and infrastructure costs (such as machine room civil construction and pipeline laying costs). During daily operation and maintenance, there is no need to disassemble complex pipelines, and parts can be checked or replaced with special tools, which greatly improves the convenience of operation and maintenance.
