Its iconic dual water inlet design can simultaneously draw medium from both sides of the impeller, breaking the flow limitation of single-suction pumps. It is specially designed for "high-flow, high-stability" conveying scenarios such as municipal water supply (such as urban pipeline water supply), power plant circulating water (such as condenser cooling water supply), agricultural irrigation (such as large irrigation area water supply), and chemical park circulating water. The impeller structure adopts symmetrical water inlet on both sides, which can increase the flow rate by more than 30% compared with the single-suction pump of the same caliber. At the same time, the symmetrical water inlet method makes the hydraulic distribution of the medium more uniform in the impeller, reduces the generation of local vortexes and reduces hydraulic losses. Horizontal split pump body for easy maintenance​
The pump body splits horizontally along its axis, forming an "upper cover + lower pump body" structure. During routine maintenance or component replacement, the rotor (impeller, pump shaft, etc.) can be directly removed by simply opening the upper cover, without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipes or the motor. Axial force self-balancing structure
Relying on the symmetrical structure of the double-suction impeller, the axial thrusts generated by the water entering on both sides can offset each other, eliminating the need for additional balancing devices such as balancing discs and balancing drums. This simplifies the internal structure of the pump body and reduces equipment problems caused by failure of the balancing device. At the same time, it avoids additional impact of axial force on the bearings, significantly extending the bearing service life and reducing equipment maintenance costs.
