Mixed flow pumps are horizontal, single-stage, single-suction, volute-type mixed flow pumps. They are suitable for conveying clean water or other liquids with physical or chemical properties similar to water. The temperature of the conveyed liquid should not exceed 50°C. They are widely used in various applications, including farmland irrigation, industrial and urban water supply and drainage.

Rear door split design
The pump cover connects to the pump body and the water inlet pipe, respectively. There should be an appropriate gap between the pump cover and the impeller. Too little clearance will cause friction; too much clearance will cause a large amount of pressurized water to flow back from the pump body, reducing pump efficiency. The ideal clearance is 0.3-0.7mm (when the pump shaft is pushed toward the pump inlet). This can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the paper pad.
Modular core components​
HW type pump is mainly composed of pump cover, impeller, pump body, pump shaft, shaft sleeve and bearing body (diameter <350mm) or bearing frame (diameter >400mm) and other main parts.
Multiple sealing protection
The shaft seal consists of packing, packing gland, packing ring and stuffing box on the pump body (100HW, 1S0HW and 200HW pumps do not have packing ring). Its function is to prevent air from being sucked into the pump and to prevent excessive water from flowing out along the shaft.
